Fees at Dr Sin Yong's practice are quoted in writing after a consultation and examination, itemised by treatment, area and consumable, and the consultation itself decides whether any treatment is advised. Prices are not published online because Singapore's rules for medical advertising restrict price advertising and because no plan can be set before the face or body has been assessed.

Four things move a fee: how large or how many areas are treated; which device or injectable is used and how much consumable it needs; how many passes, zones or vials the assessment calls for; and whether treatments are combined in one plan. A fee is therefore specific to one person after one assessment. The same treatment name can carry different fees for different faces, and that is the honest position rather than a sales device.
Singapore's medical advertising guidelines restrict how doctors may advertise prices, and a fee cannot be set before assessment. The practice publishes the factors that determine a fee instead, and gives every quote in writing after the consultation.
The consultation is a medical visit and carries its own fee, which is stated when you book. It is not offset against a package and it does not oblige you to proceed.
You can send photographs for a preliminary view, and the team will tell you which consultation is appropriate. A quote for treatment is only given after Dr Sin Yong has examined you.
A lower number may describe a different device, fewer passes, a therapist-performed session or a different plan. Compare what is included, who performs it and what the review visit covers, rather than the headline figure.
